Laboratory test results have concluded that Assemblyman Roger Hernandez was legally drunk when arrested last month in Concord, prompting an apology from the West Covina Democrat.
Hernandez’s blood-alcohol level was 0.08 percent at the time of his test, police said in a written statement. His case will be turned over to the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office for review.
I just hope his constituency will be aware of this and throw this clown out come November. Sometimes I wonder if anyone in the state assembly is sober when you consider the insane legislation they come up with. We need a part time legislature as the present situation only seems to result in sheer stupidity when one looks at the crummy legislation these people write! They have too much time on their hands!
