From U-T San Diego:
Gov. Jerry Brown signed a bill Thursday that would deny state construction funds to cities that have bans on labor-friendly development contracts, potentially affecting three local municipalities.
Chula Vista and Oceanside have bans on so-called project-labor agreements that were overwhelmingly approved by voters. City of San Diego voters will consider a similar ban under Proposition A on the June 5 ballot.

This is why he is known as MOONBEAM he’s another idiot with a law degree that can’t make a living as a lawyer. However he learned the basics of being a lawyer (which is a primary course law 101 taught by all law schools), bribery is where the big bucks are
We must do everything we can to drive these evil businesses out of California. Let Texas and other evil states absorb them. They are nothing but evil sources of employment and income for people, and, ultimately, for the ‘government’ – so Clearly – THEY MUST GO – THEY MUST BE DRIVEN OUT of California by every means possible.
Brown lied his way into office with his phony “I won’t raise taxes” speech.
Now he’s out to inoculate all state employees from his equally phony
“we must all share the pain” stance. Recall this fraud before he does
more damage.
The labor unions own Jerry Brown and it shows. The state needs to stop regulating, regulating, regulating. Labor union usage increases the cost of everything they do and effectively crushes the bidding process. Brown could care less what the voters want.
