From Sac Bee:
CalSTRS today sued Wal-Mart executives and directors over the company’s alleged bribery of officials in Mexico.
The California State Teachers’ Retirement System said the alleged corruption has exposed the company to investigations, regulatory actions and lawsuits.

Ironic that corrupt Union CalSTRS sues Wal-Mart executives over bribery scandal: http://t.co/MxdCITnf
CalSTRS is outraged that WalMart management would engage in “mordida” to expand their presence in Mexico, resulting in increased sales to the company, and increased earnings to the stockholders.
It’s a shame that they didn’t just restrict themselves to the legal forms of bribery engaged in by the membership of CalSTRS; then, everything would have been OK!
