C.C. Yin smoothed his gray sport coat and met his wife, Regina, for a lunch date at their favorite restaurant: the McDonald’s on East Monte Vista Avenue in Vacaville.

The couple enjoyed Filet-O-Fish sandwiches delivered to the table by the store supervisor and capped off their meal with fat-free fruit parfaits.
