High School Teacher Receiving Death Threats After Wearing Black Lives Matter Shirt To Class

Parents expect teachers to teach.  Here we have a teacher that thinks her job is to radicalize the students.  The parents found out and complained.  Now the vile ideology of the teacher has been exposed and she is shocked the public is upset with her emotional abuse of students.

“The El Camino Real Charter High School teacher whose name is being withheld, said a parent took a photo of her wearing a shirt reading, “I can’t breathe” — a rallying cry for the Black Lives Matter movement and some of the last words of people gunned down by police. The photo, according to the teacher, was sent out with a link to the teacher’s email address and invitations to harass her.

The teacher has since filed a restraining order against Scott Blodgett, a parent at the school, and two other men after the incident, but Blodgett denies his connection to her seeking legal action.

The restraining order needs to be put in place against her.  She should not be allowed near children.  The Teachers Credential Commission needs to investigate this teacher and get her and others away from children.  Classrooms and education is about learning the basics for the future, not learning to riot and bully others.

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — A Los Angeles high school teacher began getting death threats after wearing a Black Lives Matter shirt while teaching.

The El Camino Real Charter High School teacher whose name is being withheld, said a parent took a photo of her wearing a shirt reading, “I can’t breathe” — a rallying cry for the Black Lives Matter movement and some of the last words of people gunned down by police. The photo, according to the teacher, was sent out with a link to the teacher’s email address and invitations to harass her.

The teacher has since filed a restraining order against Scott Blodgett, a parent at the school, and two other men after the incident, but Blodgett denies his connection to her seeking legal action.

“I heard she was filing a restraining order. I couldn’t tell you why it would be against me,” Blodgett said.

Blodgett was upset with the picture of the teacher wearing the shirt supporting the BLM movement while teaching his daughter’s English class and also about hearing that the curriculum was modified to include addressing racial unrest.

“Having authors of color, children of color writing, talking about being in a biased world,” the teacher said about her curriculum.

Blodgett, pushed back, saying, “I just want my daughter to go to English class and learn about English.”

Soon after the teacher was pictured wearing the “I can’t breathe shirt,” someone shared the teacher’s address online, forcing her and her daughter to hide out.

“I can’t afford to go to a hotel and I can’t go home,” the teacher said. “My daughter’s a ninth-grader starting at this school. She wears a mask. We can’t stay in our home.”

Blodgett said he has been accused of trying to get the teacher fired but said that wasn’t his intention. He called the death threats against her “horrible.”

El Camino Real Charter High School has been a vocal supporter for the Black Lives Matter movement and have rallied behind the teacher since the backlash she received.

The school’s principal did not immediately respond to CBS2/KCAL9’s request for comment about the incident.

Another liberal forcing their personal beliefs on their students, thereby INDOCTRINATING THEM….
Obviously a proud union dues paying teacher…
I went to this school before it went charter, and the majority of the teachers there were flaming liberals….
It was bad 30 years ago, I can’t imagine what it’s like now…

Why is the parent named, yet the teacher is not???

    Liberal support from CBS LA????

    Sickening….

I’m a product and former employee of LAUSD. I received a world class education at the time I was going to school. Today all you should expect is a third world education with the kind of “public education” offered in california.

TIME FOR TAXPAYERS TO DEMAND VOUCHERS…..If you think race and gender education is what your child should receive, then take your voucher to your neighborhood public school. Otherwise, take your voucher where world skills are being taught so your child will be prepared in a competitive world.

Star Wars, Info Wars and Racial Wars are all merging onto the Political Group Think T shirt industry.

Visualize in the not too distant future two Mad Max warrior vehicles approaching each other to check out the other for any extra gas cans or water to take from the other. Look closely as the camera zooms in on each driver’s T shirt. One guy is wearing this teacher’s shirt and the other guy’s shirt says’ Don’t Blame me, I voted for Billy Jack”.

  3. While I am against everything BurnLootMurder stands for, the wearer one of their T-shirts should not be subjected to threats. Neither should anyone wearing an “All Lives Matter” shirt or MAGA hat. Either we are fully open and protect the rights of all to wear what they choose, or eliminate the drama by banning any clothing item with any slogan on it.

Fire the jerk. I bet if your kid showed with a Trump Tee. They would be sent home or expelled. Some goes for the LA union thug teacher who wore a Blue Lives Murder Tee. Fire the damn teachers if they won’t teach as per their contract.

  5. Up until the past few years it has been part of the job to teach the basics of the course.

It became obvious that the unions and anti US bias was necessary to get a job or promotions.

Now school boards like the Santa Barbara Unified have determined politics and not fact are the baseline.

The idiot teacher of this article is just a symptom of the corruption of education. It is also why private schools are growing.

Good. Actions have consequences. BLM = Burn, Loot, Murder. Let’s be serious. If BLM was really serious about improving things in our country, they would be at the forefront of peaceful change. But they aren’t. BLM and their ilk are doing their best to alienate themselves from any support from mainstream America, and at the same time have provided justification for any and all measures used against them. Notice you don’t hear a whole lot of “defund the police” these days. Wonder why.

What would Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King say about BLM? Nothing good. These people used nonviolent means to bring about real change. There’s a reason we still read about them in history books. But BLM will be mentioned in history books as just a bunch of racist thugs. They could have been so much more.

  7. As for the “teacher”. She just proves that a college ‘degree’ doesn’t guarantee that you have the common sense of a rock.

  8. Aside from degrees held in STEM or vocational disciplines, all others are overpriced and pointless garbage.

  9. I would say Maga Cap would be more likely to create a problem for the wearer…BLM could stand for Blu Lives Matter…black lives matter but All Lives matter makes more sense…..
