Questions Surround Irregularities in California’s 2020 Election

Corruption?  Fraud?  Incompetence?.  Pick the phrase you want to describe the California 2020 election.  We know about the 440,000 dead and those that moved out of State that received live ballots.  Now this:

Why are there almost 124,000 more votes counted in California’s November 3, 2020 election than voters recorded as voting in that election?”

Is there any doubt there was fraud in the California 2020 election?  Of course the General Counsel fo the California Republican Party, Ashley Titus has said there was NO fraud or corruption.  She has been backed up by the Chair of the CRP, Jessica Patterson, who has been silent on the issue of fraud and corruption.

What do you think?  Think we need an audit, investigation and ending the system of sending ballots to anyone, dead or alive?

Questions Surround Irregularities in California’s 2020 Election

Nonpartisan watchdog seeks answers on over 2 million documented registration and voting anomalies.

Linda Paine, Election Integrity Project CA, 6/22/21   /

Santa Clarita, Calif. – California’s November 3, 2020 election was marred by significant voting and registration irregularities, according to Election Integrity Project® California, Inc. (EIPCa). The non-partisan organization analyzed the state’s official voter list of February 9, 2021 and reported its findings to California’s Secretary of State Shirley Weber on June 17, 2021. This followed EIPCa reports of 2020 cross-state voting on April 30 and May 18, 2021 that the Secretary has ignored.  EIPCa’s June report cites California’s election code that requires officials to provide timely answers to citizens’ questions.

EIPCa seeks answers to the following questions, on behalf of California voters:

  1. Why are there almost 124,000 more votes counted in California’s November 3, 2020 election than voters recorded as voting in that election? And why is most of the discrepancy driven by 116,000 vote-by-mail ballots with no apparent voter identified in VoteCal’s voting histories? Click here for a list by county.

  2. Why do more than 7,700 voters have TWO November 3, 2020 votes credited to their voting histories? These are two votes credited to each of 7,700 unique (non-duplicated) registration ID numbers in the state database. This indicates mass double voting, a significant programming error in the state’s registration system, or both.

  3. Why does California have 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible citizens and why did this overage rise 72% in the 2020 election cycle? Click here for a list by county.
VoteCal Database Date# Counties with Registrations Exceeding # Eligible Citizens  Total Ineligible Registrations
March 2020111,063,957
February 2021231,834,789 (+72% since 3/20)
  1. Why did California’s on-line and DMV registration systems change 33,000 foreign-born voters’ birthplaces of record to “California” or “United States”, potentially masking non-citizens unlawfully registered to vote? Similarly, why were 76,000 birthplaces changed from another U.S. state to California? Click here for a chart of birthplace changes.

“Many in the nation are questioning the validity of the 2020 general election in their states”, said EIPCa President Linda Paine. “Mass irregularities in California’s registration and voting numbers continue to erode voter confidence here and we are hopeful Secretary Weber will immediately address our questions.”

    What complete and utter BS!

  2. Chris Renner says

An audit of votes in statewide California will not change a thing. California is so fantastically liberal that the Dem’s really don’t need to commit statewide fraud. Fraud exists only on the local races. If you want to audit the elections, you’ll have to go local and the stakes are just not large enough to justify the added expense.

    • If the democrat party passes HR 1 you will never have to worry about corruption, fraud or illegal voting as there will only be a one party socialist democrat. California has been lost for so many voting cycles and as long as it is controlled by pelosi, feinstein and Washington democrat party there will never be a change.
So sad the Supreme Court would not investigate illegal voting.

As a Californian, I totally disagree! If not now, when ? On the next election cycle – when the fraudulent votes are worse ? No this is an expense that is justified – and one the state easily afford in this record breaking surplus. Each county must make this a priority

  3. Disgusted CA voter and taxpayer says

Was a poll worker – but they haven’t hired me for the last 2 elections – – reason: am sure it’s because I complained about the NO voter ID and leniency of allowing anyone who walks through the door to vote!
1 – I voted IN PERSON, did NOT surrender my mail in ballot, wasn’t even ASKED for it – ILLEGAL!!!! It’s sitting on my desk, if anyone cares!
2 – had a young man come vote 3 elections ago – signed book – voted and left. About 2 hours later, fellow came and wanted to vote, but someone had signed his name in the book, showed ID – it was the REAL fellow!!!! HE had to vote provisional – maybe his vote counted, don’t know – BUT the fraudulent one WAS counted!!!!
3 – 3 elections ago, had many MANY elderly come in with young children, were UN-able to even ASK for a ballot in English – but we had to let them vote provisional. Don’t know if they counted their ballots – but I would bet the farm they were NOT citizens – they spoke NO English!!!
4 – friend at another polling site had a fellow come in and vote, left the site, changed his shirt – then wanted to vote as another “person” with the exact same name but at a different address. Friend refused and noted on roster.
5 – I have put in for deceased people to be removed from the roster – next year, they’re still there.

SO – this state has legal elections??? NOPE – not in a long time – and I’ve worked the polls for a good 15 years. It’s just gotten worse and worse!

  4. I voted absentee, and have for 20 years. My community has too few residents now to make us eligible to have a polling place.
I carefully marked my ballot, and hand-carried it to a polling place with a drop box.

Nice to know I was outvoted by so many ineligible voters. Nice to know our Republican Party fights so hard for legal voters in California (sarc).

However, Trump won and everybody knows it.

  5. Really??? says

Just changing the place of birth should:

    a) get the supervisors running the software fired
    b) result in criminal charges
    c) and create RICO questions

  6. Another story that confirms what the world knows. A biden Presidency is illegitimate.
