USPS Mail Carrier Charged with Fraud After Allegedly Tampering with Vote-by-Mail Requests!!

Twitter claims there is NO voter fraud due to absentee ballots, as President Trump claimed.  Yet, here we have a Postal worker deeply involved in voter fraud—using absentee ballots.  This is just one instance.  If you want a corrupt election, force everybody to get a ballot in the mail—including the dead, those who have moved and the illegal aliens, all still registered to vote.  California has not had an honest election in years.

“Thomas Cooper, 47, of Dry Fork, stands charged with attempting to defraud the residents of West Virginia of a fair election. An affidavit accompanying the criminal complaint states Cooper fraudulently altered eight absentee ballot requests in Pendleton County, of which the complaint states he fraudulently changed the party affiliation on five from Democrat to Republican.

“Manipulating one’s absentee ballot or application is not a laughing matter – it’s a federal offense,” Attorney General Morrisey said. “We must protect the integrity of the ballot box, and this demonstrates the aggressive action we will take to do so. It is more important now than ever for voters to watch for unexplained or suspicious marks and/or any other irregularity with their ballot. If something looks suspicious, let us know right away.”

A Federal Judge already ordered California to take three million names from the voting roles—and the Secretary of State and the Registrars of Voters have done nothing.  Those are three million votes up for grabs by  who can be the most corrupt.

USPS Mail Carrier Charged with Fraud After Allegedly Tampering with Vote-by-Mail Requests

Joel B. Pollak, Breitbart,  5/26/20

Federal and state prosecutors in West Virginia announced Tuesday that it they had charged a U.S. Postal Service mail carrier with attempted fraud for allegedly tampering with requests for vote-by-mail absentee ballots.

A joint statement by West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell, and Secretary of State Mac Warner said:

Thomas Cooper, 47, of Dry Fork, stands charged with attempting to defraud the residents of West Virginia of a fair election.

The affidavit states Cooper accessed the ballot requests through his employment as a rural mail carrier. He was responsible for mail delivery in the three towns from which the tampered requests were mailed – Onego, Riverton and Franklin.

According to the affidavit, Cooper admitted to altering some of the requests.

Local news station WTRF reported that the attempted fraud had been caught before it affected the election itself.

The announcement came at roughly the same time that Twitter assigned a fact check warning to President Donald Trump for his claims that voting by mail was uniquely susceptible to fraud.

It was the first time that Twitter had used such a label with one of Trump’s tweets.

And the stories abound about Democrats going to homes to collect absentee ballots. Finding they had not been filled out or only partially they (Democrats) marked them along straight Democrat Party lines.

I know of a hard core Union shop steward working for the Post Office who has influenced the same ballots by “losing” ballots. (he brags about it)

Just another reason why absentee voting should be restricted to the infirm, or those out of the state or country. Lie about it? Throw them in jail.

    It has to end.

The only way to eliminate any election fraud is to make election day a National Holiday, require everyone who wants to vote to show up at a voting station to cast their ballot, require every voter to show proof of identification, impose a minimum $1,000 fine for any individual who participates in any type of voter fraud, allow individuals who must vote by absentee ballot a 30 day window before election day to visit a specific voting station to cast their vote(s) and throw out all the votes in any one jurisdiction if there is even a hint of AI hacking or hacking of any kind.

I love this guy already, score one for the Republicans. The Democrats have been stacking the deck illegally for years, it’s about time we got in a few extra votes they threw out. They have been voting from the grave literally for decades. Give that man a raise and if they looked a little harder they would see the Democratic postal workers throwing bags of mail in ballots away if marked Republican, how do you think we became this one party state under their demonic rule. I am waiting until they make the state unlivable and unsustainable and then I am moving, hopefully I can wait until I retire in a few years and take my income with me. They deserve to live in the ruinous decay that they have made this state.

Because of the liberal voting laws in California, anyone can just show up on election day, register, get a new unique ballot printed if mailed ballot can’t be found, and vote. You can even whip out your cell phone and call somebody and ask them how to vote. (all observed at vote centers on election day in Nevada County California) Voters need to be responsible and informed. The laws allow irresponsibility and cater to the uninformed. This just has to change to add respect and responsibility to the voting process. We need election day to be one day, voter ID, and the entire process needs to be taken seriously. Absentee voting (not vote by mail concept) should be restricted to specific exemptions.

Since Voter Fraud is a form of Treason and seeks to undermine due process of deciding the will of the people then the penalty for such an Anti American Hate crime action should carry with it the same sentence as any other form of Treason. NO SLAP ON THE HAND. If we want a clean election then the penalty for this crime should severe and immediate .

  6. I have had personally witnessed several times-Democrats changing party preference from independent or Republican to Democrat. They do this every month at the local swearing in ceremony for new citizens.

  7. democrats are Americas domestic enemy.

    • Doesn’t anyone remember the DMV registered illegal on the democratic party ticket until someone found out? California will never get a fair election unless we enforce Voter Identification.

I also recall Kemp, who was in charge of the election in Georgia, suppressing the vote so he can steal a win as Governor.

I also recall Republicans in swing states, buying billboard adds in to remind hispanic voters when election day was. Except the date was one week after the actual election! Actually, I pretty smart move! Ethical? So, but smart and sneaky.

I also recall illegal redistricting throughout southern states. Most going to court and the judges ruled against the unlawful, unconstitutional redistricting made by the Republicans. But it was too late as the voting had been finalized and sealed. Another smart, well calculated move!

I also recall many voting locations, in Red controlled states, getting cancelled or consolidated in areas where majority Blue or Purple districts would have limited access to voting.

I also recall the Voter Registration drives where the employees threw away the Democrat and Independent registration forms in to dumpsters.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a Republican. Just not a blind, filthy scumbag Republican. I rarely watch FOX. Never watch CNN or MSNBC. I get my sources from everywhere (news letters like this, podcasts, outside news agencies) and use that to make up my own mind. I can clearly see the brainwashing from both sides. I see the hypocrisy on both sides. The Far Left and Far Right will not get my sympathy or vote. I will either vote for a decent Republican or I will not vote.

Look at our country from the outside. We are a laughing stock. We suppress the vote while preaching about freedom. there are so many other countries who promote the vote. Some countries will hold elections on Sunday, so every citizen can vote. What’s the argument against that, if you aren’t trying to suppress or alienate another citizen? And some other countries go as far as not allowing alcohol sales on election day, but I don’t agree with that.

I do want my country back. I do want to make it great again. The way it stands now, we won’t be getting there. Civil unrest won’t fix it. Civil war won’t fix it.

And this will fall upon deaf ears…
Derek Chauvin, the cop who killed George Floyd, illegally voted twice in Florida. That is a 3rd degree felony. Lots and lots of proof of Republican cheaters when it comes to voting. But let’s just say, “The media lies, you can’t trust them”

FOX, Rush, Right-wing media like this site lie, manipulate, and intentionally omit and distort facts just as much as CNN, CNBC, CBS.

Just calling a spade a spade.

  10. Stephen_Frank says

@Level-Headed Truth-Teller, apparently you have a point. Elections held on June 9th, 2020 in Georgia.
Hours-long waits, problems with new voting machines and a lack of available ballots plagued voters in majority minority counties in Georgia on Tuesday.
