A small aerial drone crashed about two miles from the U.S. border in Mexico carrying several pounds of methamphetamine, Mexican police said Wednesday.
The discovery at a shopping mall parking lot in Tijuana, within walking distance of the U.S. border crossing, raises the prospect of a new, high-tech front in the struggle between drug gangs and law enforcement.

The latest, according to the local San Diego News, is drugs being attached to the underside of U.S. citizens vehicles held in place by magnets. I believe they reported 4 or 5 separate incidents. No idea of how the smugglers were tracking the shipments locations. I would assume a GPS tracking device?? The news did not specify.
That would place innocent American citizens at risk of being arrested for drug smuggling. (avoid travel to Mexico!!!)
